Delivery timelines usually range from 3�7 business days for metro cities and up to 10�12 days for remote areas. Unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues may occasionally occur.
1.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on most orders unless otherwise stated during checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
1.4 Order Tracking

2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change and allow cancellations within a limited timeframe.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If your order is eligible for cancellation and refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7�10 business days, subject to payment gateway policies.
3. Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, modifications such as changing the delivery address or product variant can only be made before shipment, subject to availability.
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare case of damage or loss during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery of) the package. We will investigate and take necessary action, including replacement or refund, as appropriate.
5. International Shipping
At present, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in future updates, and this policy will be amended accordingly.
